The Necklace is a miscellaneous item that can be found on the outskirts of the Wild East. Clover cannot use it, but they can sell it to Blackjack for 100G. On the Genocide Route, because Blackjack evacuated, Clover can't do anything with it and instead of picking it up, its flavor text deems it useless.
