Dihydrogen Monoxide is a consumable item in Undertale Yellow which restores 20 HP when used. It can be bought from Vendy in Steamworks. In the Neutral or Genocide Route, one Dihydrogen Monoxide can be found on a shelf right before the room where you make the Hydrochloric Acid. In the Genocide Route, at most two Dihydrogen Monoxides can be stolen from Vendy.
