Sponge Cake is a consumable item in Undertale Yellow which restores 14 HP when used. It can be found in a fridge in Dalv's house and can only be obtained if Dalv is present. Dalv says that he made it for his birthday, and the narration states it is a simple sponge covered with frosting.
