Silver Scarf is an accessory in Undertale Yellow. Upon equipping, it increases defense by 6, and heals 2 HP every turn while in battle. It can be obtained in Snowdin from Slurpy after giving them the Lukewarm Coffee, which can be obtained after completing the fetch quest in Snowdin.

It cannot normally be obtained on a Genocide Route, as Slurpy does not request help. However, sparing Dalv in a Genocide Route causes Slurpy and the rest of the Snowdin NPCs to act the same as in a Neutral or Pacifist Route until the Snowdin kill count is exhausted. This means that Clover can still finish the fetch quest and obtain the Silver Scarf before continuing the Genocide Route in Snowdin and onward.
