UG Apartments NPCs
Lobby Lad[edit | edit source]
A lanky NPC that speaks through a large microphone-like head on a stick. They tell Clover about the UGPS's soon-to-change business model of delivering letters directly to citizens' mailboxes rather than a central mail station, and wonder if they could get a job with the postal service despite not being able to fly. They are optimistic about the Underground's future and believe that more can be done in terms of technical advancement.
They were designed by Figburn.[1]
Handlord[edit | edit source]
A monster with a large hand for a head who is the "handlord" (landlord) of UG Apartments, and seemingly the same NPC as the Hand Receptionist in Undertale's MTT Resort, though they appear here with yellow nail polish rather than red. They tell Clover about Martlet's requested meeting on the apartments' roof. If Martlet is present when interacting with the Handlord, they will have new dialogue conversing with her.
They have apparently been kicking out anyone who calls the apartment complex "quite simple", a reference to a popular meme.

Janitor[edit | edit source]
The same slime monster that works as a janitor in Undertale's MTT Resort. Here, they are much less distressed than their appearance in Undertale, standing on break and admiring a hard day's work.
