Undertale Yellow Wiki:Staff

Staff of the Undertale Yellow Wiki are trusted users with elevated user rights that allow them to perform additional maintenance on the wiki and keep everything in order. On this page, you can see the staff user groups, what they do, and who is in them.

Administrators

Administrators are the local user group with the biggest tool set. This group gives users permissions such as deleting pages, blocking and unblocking users, and patrolling revisions. Administrators are usually also part of the interface administrator user group, which grants them the rights to edit system messages and the wiki's theme.

Permissions administrators

Permissions administrators are users who can promote and demote administrators. Given the sensitive privilege they are given, there shouldn't usually be more than one or two on the wiki.

Autopatrolled users

Users in the autopatrol group are not considered part of the wiki's staff. They are users unaffected by the wiki's abuse filters, and whose edits are automatically marked as patrolled in recent changes. This group is usually given to trusted users who have been on the wiki for a decent amount of time, and whose abuse filter hits are usually false positives. Administrators periodically look for the wiki's active users and assign this user right, or in case someone is regularly being caught in abuse filters.

Given the amount of users in this user group, they are best viewed through the Special page for it.
