Getting the Thoughts Out is the 69th track on the Undertale Yellow Soundtrack. It plays in the Wild East after Starlo's fallout with the Feisty Four. Regular building and outdoors tracks return after sparing Starlo. If he is killed, this permanently replaces the tracks played in the Wild East.
