Gemstone Fever is the 38th track in the Undertale Yellow Soundtrack. It plays during Quiz Miner's monster trivia quiz in exchange for their pickaxe in the East Mines, as well as inside the Gift Shop in Dunes after the El Bailador battle. This track was first revealed in July 2019 on Master Sword's YouTube channel.[1]
