Cinnamon-Butterscotch Strudel (often simply C-B Strudel) is a consumable item in Undertale Yellow which restores 30 HP when used. It can be bought in UG Apartments from Bits & Bites for 34G. In the Genocide Route, two C-B Strudels can be stolen from the shop.
